Meet the Owner
My name is Talitha Darby, and I dedicated my career to performing Contract, Subcontract, Proposal, Capture, and Shaping activities since 1999. I've worked in both the private and public sectors for DoD giants, Big Four Firms, as well as small, and mid-size businesses.
My contract experience includes commercial contracts, plus City, County, State, & Federal Government, with the bulk of time deep in the Federal market. While I spent some type with bomber aircraft contracts, military treatment facilities, and unmanned ground systems, my background also includes Health Information Technology, fraud/waste/abuse programs, and staff augmentation contracts.
Earlier in my career I spent time in healthcare contracting with network providers, major health systems, acute care hospitals, assisted living/subacute facilities, payors (healthcare insurance), and durable medical equipment (DME).
After 26 years in a variety of contracting roles, leading teams, and being selected to speak as a panelist, I was laid off. I decided to utilize my two decades of expertise to help both large and small businesses with their contract portfolios.
