Meet the Owner
My name is Talitha Darby, and I dedicated my career to performing Contract, Subcontract, Proposal, Capture, and Shaping activities since 1999. I've worked for DoD giants, Big Four Firms, as well as small, and mid-size businesses.
My contract experience includes commercial contracts, plus City, County, State, & Federal Government, with the bulk of time deep in the Federal market. While I spent some type with bomber aircraft contracts, military treatment facilities, and unmanned ground systems, my background also includes Health Information Technology, fraud/waste/abuse programs, and staff augmentation contracts.
Earlier in my career I worked in healthcare contracting with network providers, payors, major health systems, acute care hospitals, assisted living/subacute facilities, and durable medical equipment (DME).
After 26 years in varying contract roles, leading teams, and being selected to speak as a panelist, I was laid off. I decided to pivot, and utilize my two decades of expertise to help both large and small businesses with their contract portfolios.
