It is designed for beginners interested in learning how to do business with the government. It includes city government, your county, state level contracts, and federal government agencies. Anyone living in anywhere within the United States of America can join! Prepare for a deep, detailed dive, to get your company ready to bid on Government contracts. This Zoom class is for beginners who need step-by-step help to learn government contracting. Boot Camp Dates: 1. Monday, April 6, 2026, 7:00pm-9:00pm EST. 2. Monday, April 13, 2026, 7:00pm-9:00pm EST. 3. Monday, April 20, 2026, 7:00pm-9:00pm EST. 4. Monday, April 27, 2026, 7:00pm-9:00pm EST. Class #1 Topics: 1. SAM.gov registration vs. Account creation - What's the difference? 2. Get your UEIN (unique entity identification number). 3. Determine your NAICS + PSC codes 4. FPDS.gov (Federal Procurement Data System) navigation 5. FOIAs (learn how to legally request competitor's info) Class #2 Topics: 1. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA): Is a NDA really necessary? 2. Teaming Agreements (TA) + Work-share 3. "The Rule of 2" 4. Subcontract Agreements: Make sure this verbiage is in your subcontract. Class #3 Topics: 1. Capability Statements 2. What is Market Research? Why should you respond to a RFI or Sources Sought Notification? 3. Walk through an actual Request for Proposal (RFP)/Government Solicitation. 4. Updated Standard Micro-Purchase Threshold: What does this mean for you? Class #4 Topics: 1. Capture Strategy + Agency Forecasts + Congressional Justification Docs: Do you have what your customer is buying? 2. D&B & FAPIIS: Why are these reports important and how are they used? 3. Cancellation Policy
