This class is for beginners who need step by step help to learn government contracting. Boot Camp Dates The 4 week, 2 hour class starts on Monday, April 6, 2026, and ends on Monday, April 27, 2026. The class dates are: 1. Monday, April 6, 2026, 7:00pm-9:00pm EST. 2. Monday, April 13, 2026, 7:00pm-9:00pm EST. 3. Monday, April 20, 2026, 7:00pm-9:00pm EST. 4. Monday, April 27, 2026, 7:00pm-9:00pm EST. Class Topics: Some of the topics that will be covered in the "Compressed Government Contracts Boot Camp" are as follows: 1. SAM.gov registration vs. Account creation - Get your UEIN (unique entity identification number). 2. FPDS.gov navigation - ID contracts the government already awarded, the value, the award date, who the contracts were awarded to, the duration, and when the re-compete is coming up for re-bid. 3. Do you want to request your competitor's contract details? Let's talk about FOIAs (Freedom of Information Act). 4. Teaming Agreements (TA): What is the difference between maximum vs. guaranteed vs. target vs. ceiling and floor work-share? Learn how to negotiate the best work-share when you are a subcontractor. 5. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA): Is a NDA really necessary? 6. Subcontract Agreements: Make sure this verbiage is in your agreement. 7. Federal Contracts vocabulary: Do you know what these terms mean? 8. Capability Statements: A template will be provided during the class. 9. Walk-through an actual request for proposal + learn what questions to ask to maximize the Q&A period. 10. NAICS + PSC codes: Know your NAICS & PSC codes + how to use it strategically. 11. Updated Standard Micro-Purchase Threshold: What does the change mean for you? 12. What is Market Research? Why should you respond to a RFI or Sources Sought Notification? 13. Are Your Reps & Certs Ready? 14. Capture Strategy & Agency Forecasts: Do you have what your customer is buying? 15. D&B & FAPIIS: Why are these reports important and how are they used? 16.
