Contracts expert. After coaching teams, serving as a recognized Sector leader, Town Hall presenter, and  selected to speak as a Contracts strategy panelist for 26 years, I established the “Contracts Corner LLC.”  Here we provide contracts support for small and large businesses.

We have extensive commercial and Federal IT acquisition years of experience in varying leadership, strategic, policy change, audits, and compliance roles, with deep regulatory understanding. The Contracts Corner LLC brings over two decades of full life cycle contract management experience in both the private, and public sectors for all 16 Cabinet level agencies in the United States.

This includes working with DoD giants, Big Four Firms, as well as small, and mid-size businesses. Mrs. Darby is very well-rounded with experience in bomber aircraft contracts, military treatment facilities, unmanned ground systems, as well Health Information Technology, fraud/waste/abuse programs, and staff augmentation contracts.

She also spent her earlier years in healthcare contracting with network providers, major health systems, acute care hospitals, assisted living/subacute facilities, payors (healthcare insurance), and durable medical equipment (DME).
